Assisting the store manager with the day-to-day operations of a retail store which supports the homeless. Implemented strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability for the charity. Ensured that customer needs were met, complaints were resolved, and service was quick and efficient.

Maintained store appearance and product presentation to the standards of the charity. Provided support to volunteers during peak periods or when other problems arose.

Interests and Voluntary Work

Working with Sue Ryder Cancer Care in my spare time and during holiday periods in my hometown. Interest in the work of Amnesty International and other NGO’s which support the idea of equality for

all. Profoundly interested in the field of Autism through my time at University and in my working life. I

have read extensively on this condition and in my teaching experience I have implemented classes which allow for social interaction and communication in a much gentler manner than what would be considered in everyday society.
