AB10 1JR And Brian Mark McBride [email protected] We are delighted you have agreed to undertake the role of Mr Noah in the AIYF community opera project Noye’s Fludde. Accordingly this agreement will commence on Monday 13th July 2015 and continue until Saturday 25 th July 2015. The exact working schedule will be agreed with project director Paul Hudson and MD Tim Dean. The first rehearsal will be at 10am at The MacRobert Building, Kings Campus, University of Aberdeen. AIYF will pay a fee for this work of £600.00 incl travel paid by the end of the project on receipt of invoice: You will also receive full board at the University of Aberdeen Hillhead Halls of Residence, Don Street, Aberdeen and the Hub food outlet on Kings Campus unless eating elsewhere. The Festival is required by law to notify the tax department of this payment and it is the view of Aberdeen International Youth Festival that this contract is properly offered on a freelance contractor basis as a Schedule D contract. Any taxes and National Insurance due is your responsibility. However should the Inspector of Taxes, for any reason, deem that PAYE is payable in relation to this contract, you undertake to pay Aberdeen International Youth Festival all the tax and National Insurance for which it will be liable as employer on your behalf. Aberdeen International Youth Festival would in turn meet its own responsibilities for employer’s National Insurance. There are no provisions for payment for incapacity to work due to sickness or injury other than statutory sick pay. There is no pension scheme applicable to this employment.
