An article in REALTOR® Magazine says that “experts say you get one lead for every 25 calls you make,” which is closer to a 4 percent conversion rate.
It takes 5 to 10 leads to get a listing.
That translates to 125 -250 calls to get a single listing without any referrals.
Getting the listing is hard work…
