Our Proven Hands-on Approach

Conduct Claimant Questionnaire. Within 24 hours of referral, our Transitional Case Manager contacts the claimant (and any legal counsel, if represented) and schedules a telephonic questionnaire.1.

Contact Employers/Charities. We call our network of employers and charitable organizations to source jobs and volunteer opportunities that match your injured worker’s skills and interests.2.

Work with Hiring Managers. We talk directly with hiring managers, sourcing potential positions, discussing the claimant, and explaining the Workfinders USA transitional process.3.

Advocate Claimant Restrictions. We work with hiring managers to ensure that a claimant’s restrictions are accommodated. We ensure that all transitional opportunities comply with the claimant’s restrictions.4.

Schedule Claimant Interview. We schedule claimant interviews with those employers and charities that meet our strict standards of compliance.5.

Follow Up on Interviews. We go beyond what any other RTW provider will – we follow up with employers to ascertain interview results. We continue to follow up once a week for four weeks and provide your adjusters updated reports.

We will create a LMS for every claim,

proving job market availability and earning capacity. We look

to source five open, viable and suitable jobs as close to AWW as possible. All LMSs are double-verified by our CRC/VE (Certified Rehab Counselor/Voc. Expert).

RTW Services.

When requested, our CRC/VE will conduct job analysis’ for any/all jobs

sourced.

We will also schedule up to three job interviews

for the claimant, further establishing a viable,

A CRC/VE will create claimant assessment, usually performed at claimant’s attorney’s office.

Our proven approach

Our aggressive, hands-on approach to RTW success works.

Each day we research appropriate employers to call based on restrictions and background of the claimant.

We cold-call each employer sourced to gain accurate job availability & information. By cold calling employers, we often find jobs not yet advertised!

We speak to hiring managers to ask about job openings, inform them of our service, advocate on behalf of claimant, answer questions etc...A large reason why we call employers is to be able to sell the claimant to the employer the best way we know how, something a simple application can NOT do.

If a job is open, we make sure it is suitable/within restrictions of claimant. If a job is outside of the claimant’s restrictions, we ask employer if accommodations are possible. If not, we do not pursue the lead. For us to consider a job lead, it ALWAYS must be within the claimant's restrictions. We make this priority #1!

We schedule job interviews for the claimant with employer. Scheduling in-person appointments and asking the claimant to physically attend is how we test the claimant’s motivation to RTW while supply them with the best chance at re-employment.We follow up with employer to ascertain interview results. Should the claimant be uncooperative, we obtain critical information from the employer such as appearance, demeanor/attitude, statements made, tardiness, etc…This is how we test the claimant’s compliance level.

We take pride in our relentless communication and documentation and stand by ready should any court proceedings be necessary.
