estimated6500professionalsfromtheprivateandpublicsectorsareexpectedtovisit

thefairduringthesetwodays.Communicationpartners inBelgiumandGermanywill

ensurethatapproximately15%of thevisitorsare internationallyoriented.Themany

newvehiclesanddevelopmentsondisplayaswellasmorethan40sessionsdevoted

to various topics make this trade fair an event not to be missed by anyone with a

professionalinterestinsustainablemobility.

Withagreatdealofmediaattention,anopeningbytheMinisterofInfrastructureand

the Environment, Ms Schultz Van Haegen, and increasing numbers of professionals

and business people in attendance, the third edition was very successful. This year,

thefourtheditionwillfocusmoresharplyonanumberofspecificaspectsinorderto

furtherstrengthen thissuccess.An intensivecommunicationcampaignmanagedbya

professionalPRagencyshouldleadtoafurtherincreaseinthenumberofhigh-quality

professionalandbusinesspeopleattendingthefair.Nationalmedia,tradejournalsand

socialmediawillallbeusedtogenerateasmuchpublicityaspossiblefor theevent.

Advertisementsandaspecialecomobielsupplementinanationalnewspaper,similarto

theoneplacedin2011,willmaximisethetargetaudiencereached.

Thisyear,theregistrationsystemwillbeexpandedtoincludeamodulewhichwillmake

iteveneasierforyoutoinviteyourbusinesscontacts,eitherbye-mailorotherdigital

meansorbymeansofapersonalletter.Afterall,youknowyourowntargetgroupbetter
