    membership offered in partnership to Senior

    Citizens and disabled persons with select health

    An 8 week program to get you ready for a swim,

    bike and run event! Each week you will learn the

    basic concepts of a triathlon. After the 9 weeks

    you can participate in the triathlon on August 11th
