Accommodation

The villa’s design creates an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living. Bright open living

spaces with stylish, yet comfortable furnishings create an instant air of luxury and relaxation.

Villa Munay-Ki is truly an ideal place to unwind and enjoy life’s pleasures.

Living Space

The kitchen, indoor dining and living are open plan with large folding doors opening both

sides of the room, creating a bright and breezy space. The living room is set beneath a

spectacular vaulted ceiling which provides a visual splendor that also cools the environment. A

stunning water feature off the living and dining room, showcasing a beautiful carved Buddha

face creates an air of calm and serenity.

Outdoor Space

The private 10 meter pool includes an integral jacuzzi that sits adjacent to a beautiful sala. The

sala, fitted out as one large day bed, provides respite from the heat of the day as well as a

fantastic venue for the whole group to come together. The outdoor bar is a great place to

enjoy a cocktail as the sun goes down and with the 32″ LCD, you can even watch your

favorite football team in action while enjoying the benefits of the tropical weather.

Bedrooms

The Villa - Three beautiful bedrooms in the main villa, each with their own modern ensuite

bathroom and their own individual style open onto the pool.

Garden Suite - A separate garden villa provides two more charming bedrooms and an

adjoining TV room. If more beds are required there is even a daybed and trunk bed in the TV

room so the garden suite can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The garden

suite comes with a spacious attached bathroom that is the one shared bathroom of the

property. The TV room like the main villa living room is set beneath an elegant Thai style

vaulted roof. All rooms in the villa have a TV and DVD player. In the garden suite, there is a

32 inch TV and DVD player in the adjoining TV room.

High Tech Living

An excellent sound system using Denon amps and JBL speakers, give surround sound TV in the

living and dining room and can also pipe music to the outside bar and sala. An IPOD

docking system allows guest to plug into the integral sound system.

The villa is equipped with mood lighting using a Vantage system that dims and creates a

seductive ambiance at night. The villa is also fitted out with a number of universal power

sockets in each room so that for appliances using 240v no adapters are required.

Free wireless internet is accessible throughout the villa as well as cable TV in all the bedrooms.

player, I-pod dock and hairdryer.

Self-contained garden suite with two bedrooms and adjoining TV room and shared

bathroom. One room with king size bed, one room with 2 single beds and TV room

with day bed and pullout bed. TV room with 32″ LED, Dvd player, I-pod dock. Safe

and hairdryer located in the bathroom.

All rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning

3 travel cots and extra mattresses are available. If additional beds are required a

surcharge will be levied. Extra beds can comfortably fit in the master, and junior suite.

Cable TV with international sports, news and movies channels as well as Children’s

channels, MTV and foreign language channels. Free wireless internet is also accessible

throughout the villa.

Baby Sitting Service

Villa Munay-Ki is the ideal place to be enjoyed by families and we especially take care to

make it as stress free for parents as possible.

Our staffs are happy to babysit. The charge is 250 BHT per hour. If you require a more

specialized Nanny please inform us of your needs in your booking request. A Nanny can

come for a few hours or reside for the whole stay.

Villa Munay-Ki is a place to be enjoyed by all ages, although we suggest that babies and

small children are supervised at all times. Children especially love the 10 meter swimming

pool with a shallow end and steps for easy access. As we really want our families to have a

relaxing time we recently invested in a portable pool fence with a safely closing gate to allow

for easy access to the pool whilst keeping young children safe. The fence is put up and taken

down as required, so please request it if required.

Security

As part of the latest phase of the prestigious Sai Taan Villas, Villa Munay-Ki offers the safety of

a gated community professionally managed by Knight Frank Resort Management, with 24

hour security.

The villa is privately owned and managed by a team of experience hospitality industry staff.

T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S

Check In/Out

Check in is 3pm and check out is 12pm. Early check in and late check-

out can be guaranteed at the time of booking by making payment of a

half day rate otherwise it is subject to availability at the time of arrival or

departure.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of making the

booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (or 60 days if the

booking includes either Christmas or New Year). All payments must be

made in US dollars and must be made by Telegraphic Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

All payments received are non-refundable, unless the Owner can find a

replacement booking. If a replacement booking can be found the owner

shall refund the booking amount to the Hirer less 20%. Notice of

cancellation must be received by the Owner in writing. The Owner will

confirm receipt of such notice.

Booking Alterations

Changes can only be accepted if the booking request is made more than

60 days (90 days for any booking including Christmas or New Year) and

is subject to an admin fee of US$500 or one night stay, whichever is

greater. Each change made to a booking after its confirmation shall be at

the discretion of the management and any change requests made less

than 60 days before arrival will be treated as a cancellation.
