INTRODUCTION

National Journal of Comparative Law is a biannual and peer-reviewed Journal published by JPMS Society in Collaboration with Academic and Research Publications. JPMS So-

ciety is a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act and its Registration No. is 1649/1986-87.This journal is published from year i.e. 2014. The ISSN of the JOURNAL is 2393-9338.

We invite you to submit high quality papers for review and possible publication in all areas of Comparative Laws which include Criminal Law, Contract law, Labour law, Company

law, Tort law, Family Law, Any other related topics. All authors must agree on the content of the manuscript and its submission for publication in this Journal before it is submitted to us. Manuscripts should be submitted by e-mail to the Editor at [email protected] .

REVIEWERS PROCESS

All manuscripts are reviewed by an editor and members of the Editorial Board or qualified outside REVIEWERS. Decisions will be made as rapidly as possible and the Journal strive

to return reviewer’s comments to authors within 6 weeks. The Editorial Board will re-review manuscripts that are accepted pending reviewers. It is the goal of the this Journal to publish manuscripts within 4 weeks after submission after getting O K report from the Author.

ABOUT THE ABSTRACTION OF THE JOURNAL

Since the Journal is going to be published from this year only ,efforts is being made to get it abstracted in as many ABSTRACTS as possible. For citation it is underv process with

Indian Citation Index.

SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPT

Manuscript(s) should be submitted through electronic media to the Chief Editor whose email I/D is [email protected] as per the guide-line given in the GUIDE-

LINES TO AUTHORS. The manuscript should be sent through a scientists of the rank of Pro-fessor or of equivalent rank or any member of Editorial Board .The Mss. should be complete in all respect and must BE ready for press. Last date of receiving of MSS of the 1st issue is 15th May and for the 2nd issue is 15th Septemberof each year.

BEFORE SUBMITTING THE MSS, PLEASE TEST YOUR CONTRIBUTION ON THE FOLLOWING POINTS

1. Does the title of the article describe the content, and if not, does the abstract compensate-for the deficiency?

2. Are article title and abstract content are in agreement ?3. Have you indicated purpose, result, conclusion, in a coherent fashion and in properse-

quence?4. Does interesting but superfluous discussions cloud main issue ?

5. Is direction of action, where applicable, clearly stated?6. Have you enumerated and identified completely by all organisms, chemical, apparatus,-

method, etc. pertinent to the outcome of the investigation?7. Is your presentation communicate within the scientific community at large or have younar-

rowed your audience through unnecessary use of jargon?8. Have you included all primary informations, elements necessary for indexing?

PRINTING CHARGE

The articles are not printed in gratis. A nominal charge@of Rs 500=00 per printed page is charged and is printed in B/W colour. For coloured page, is separately charged. Charges for

the same is quoted on request.

Prior to acceptance of the manuscript for publication, author(s) will receive and proof, in order to revise and will be asked to complete and signed , the copyright for the accepted

article, individually due to the fully peer review processing and publication. Responsibility for the accuracy of bibliographic citations lies entirely with the authors. Authors will be notified as soon as possible of decisions concerning the sensibility of their manuscript for publication in the Journal. Once the article has been accepted for publication, it will be copy- edited and typeset, after which the corresponding author will be sent information on accessing page proof to correct. Once the correction of typographical errors, alterations cannot be made at this stage, the submitted materials may be considered for inclusion but can not be returned and Editors of theJournal reserve the right to accept or reject any article in any stage without giving any reason, if necessary.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHOR

Research Papers and Review Articles on topics covering vari-ous aspects related to the subject; Book Reviews; Reports on Seminars, Symposia, Conferences, and various other events; related News; and Communications on new ideas, concepts, in-novations and recent trends, by the subject practitioners and stakeholders.

Following are the guidelines applicable to Author:

• Articles submitted for the Journal should be original Paper and should not be under consideration for any other pub-lication at the same time. A declaration is to be made by the author (or the corresponding author) in the covering letter/email that the paper is original and has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

• Manuscripts including tables, figures and references should be more than 2000 words for articles, 1000 words for Reports and 600 words for Communications.

• The cover page should contain the title of the paper, author’s name, designation, official address, address for corre-spondence, mobile number, contact phone numbers and e-mail address.• The Title of the article should be short, specific and in-formative.

• This must be followed by the abstract on a separate page written in complete and simple sentence, should be in approx 150 words. Keywords are necessary, and these should appear just beneath the abstract.

• Thereafter, material and method, results and discus-sion, acknowledgements, references. Tables, photographs and all figures including drawings, graphics, and diagrams must be attached after the references. All such images should be of good print quality.

• The main text should not contain footnotes. References should be given at the end of the manuscript and should contain only those cited in the text of the manuscript. The full refer-ence should be listed at the end in alphabetical order running the following style:o ArticlesWalsh, J.E. (2008) Climate of the Arctic Marine Environment. While giving reference of more than two authors in the text, after, the name of the first author, et.al., should be used, fol-lowed by the year of publication.

Authors are responsible for any copyright clearance, factual inaccuracies and opinion expressed in their paper. The decision on the acceptance or otherwise of the article is with the Editorial Committee and is final. The article accepted may be modified to meet the journal’s standards of contents, presentation and style. If necessary, authors may be request-ed to revise their manuscripts before they can be accepted for publication. Communications in this regard will be exchanged with the corresponding author only.

Maximum time taken for processing the article is nine months. Contributors are free to send the material to any other pub-lication after a period of nine months from the date of their submitting the article to the Journal, if they do not receive any intimation from the publisher/Editorial Committee.

Corresponding Author will receive one complimentary online ac-cess of the issue containing the article.

For all published articles, the journal holds the copyright. The authors relinquish the copyright for the article in favour of the journal and its publisher. The Publisher may re-use the ar-ticles published in the journal for its various other publications in any format, such as print and online.

The Publisher may extend courtesy to other journals or web-sites to use the articles published in the journal if due credit is given to the author(s) of the article(s) and the journal. The publisher may further distribute the copyright to other jour-nals, websites and publishers for a fee or otherwise.
