ACTIVITY DAY CAMPS• OurActivityDayCampsarefunsportsandcraftbasedactivitiesforboysandgirlsagedbetween8and14
inclusive(Years3-9).Theyarerunbyqualifiedandexperiencedcoaches(CRBChecked),withmanyofthecourseleadersalsobeingfulltimeteachersorstaffmembersatBromsgroveSchool,assuringtheverybest
experienceforyourchild.• TheActivityDayCampsrunfrom8.30amuntil5.45pmeachweekday.Ifyouwishtocollectyourchildearly,
pleaseconfirmthisontheday.DropoffandcollectionisfromthebottomoftheHospitalitySuite.Allparentsmustsigntheirchild/reninandouteachday.

Booking Terms and Conditions1. All children takingpart in swimmingandotherwater-basedactivities
mustbeabletoswim50metresunaided.2. Children will be placed whenever possible on the course/s of their
choice,howeverBromsgroveSchoolwillofferanalternativecourse ifthis isnotpossible.Activitieswil only takeplace if there is sufficientdemand,asdeemedbyBromsgroveSchool.
3. Ifafteracceptanceofabookingtheclientwishestochangeanyaspectof the booking, Bromsgrove School will endeavour to effect such analteration.Howeverifthisisnotpossibletheclientshallbeboundbytheoriginalbooking.
4. Placescanbecancelledupto2weekspriortothebookeddatewitha50%refund.Afterthisdatenorefundwilbegiven.
5. Nocompensationwillbepaidorrefundgiven ifcoursesarrangedbyBromsgrovearecancelledduetowar,strikes,riotorquanrantine,oranyotherreasonsbeyondthecontrolofBromsgroveSchool.No
compensationwillbepaidorrefundgivenforcancellationofcoursesduetotechnicalproblemswithtransportorweatherconditions,whichintheopinionofBromsgroveSchool,maketheprovisionorcontinuationofthecourseimpractical.6. BromsgroveSchool,itsservants,agentsandemployeesdonotaccept
liabilityinrespectofinjury,sickness,lossordamagetoproperty,unless
causedbynegligence.7. Any regulationswhichmight benecessary forBromsgroveSchool to
makeintheinterestsofsafetyandcomfortmustbeobservedbythosetakingpart.
8. Asinallsportsacivitieschildrenwillbeaskedtoremovealljewellery.Anychildwearingjewellerywillnotbepermittedtotakepartinsportsactivities.
9. BromsgroveSchoolcannotacceptliabilityforchildren’spersonalpossessionssuchasmobilephonesorMP3playersetc.10. Anydiscountsshownonlyapplytothecourse/snamedonthepageand
maybewithdrawnatanytime.11. Wereservetherightwithoutrefundtoexcludeorrefuseanypersonat
anytime,priortoorduringtheActivityCamps,if inouropinionthatpersonisnotcompatiblewiththegeneralenjoymentandwell-beingoftheActivityCamp.
12. Alltheadvertisedcoursesaresubjecttochangeaccordingtoweather,demand,programmingrequirementsandotherconsiderations.
