time and location of the meeting
o Ask for the agenda at least 24 hours ahead of time and the meeting owner can send you the document
o Arrive on time for the meeting
o Turn off any noise making or beeping devices such as mobile phones
o Save your comments and questions for after the meeting
o Follow-up with the meeting owner after the meeting to discuss concerns or questions in person
