~ 1. The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee & approved by the Board at the Meeting' of the Board of Directors held onFebruary 11, 2017.2. Nil investor complaints were received during the quarter. There was no complaint outstanding at the beginning or at the end of theQuarter.

3. Figures for the previous periods/year have been regrouped/reclassified wherever necessary.

4. The company has entered into a Memorandum of agreed terms with MIs. Cliff Conwell LLP on 5 th January, 2017 for setting up a Private ITPark at companies Plot at Wagle Industrial Estate,Thane, Maharashtra.'Final agreement is planned to be executed in F.Y. 2017-18. In themeantime preliminary work such as prior sanctions, making plans & Layouts has been initiated.
