Using a variety of reports and its key, BT Billing Analyst enables you to examine your telephony spend across mobile, telemarketing, Featurenet, Openzone and more.
The software is available free of charge to registered customersfrom www.bt.com/billingvalueadd, and must be installedon a PC to be used.
Customers wishing to use BT Billing Analyst must first register their copy of the software online. Registration is an important part of the process, as it will enable BT to advise customers of new enhancements and software releases of BT Billing Analyst.
This Quick Guide is a map of the menu buttons within BT Billing Analyst providing you with a clear overview of the various menus and functions available. This allows you to navigate quickly and easily to the menu items you wish to use. If you are viewing this guide on a computer connected to the internet, you can access more detailed, illustrated instructions on using BT Billing Analyst by clicking on the title at the top of each page.

Select Report type (Summary, Itemised Call, Private Circuits, Mobile Handsets) from the panel on the Main Menu Screen.

Bills -1.2 Summary Reports
The report screens allow you to create tailored Summary, Itemised Call and Private Circuit reports by the use of parameters where appropriate. You can sort filter and print these reports according to your needs.
