BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT 2017

Dear Parents/Guardians: Welcome to the 2017-18 school year! We are looking forward to greeting you at Back-To-School Night on Wednesday, September 27th from 6:00 – 8:10 p.m. With the number of parents in attendance, and the limited time available, lengthy discussions regarding your student will not be possible. However, sign-up sheets will be available in each classroom should you desire to schedule a parent-teacher conference. Our evening will begin promptly at 6:00PM with you visiting your student’s 0 and/or 7th period teacher. You will have the opportunity to visit your student’s classrooms according to his or her bell schedule. Please take time to fill in your student’s classroom schedule and bring it with you. Classroom presentations will last 10 minutes, and you will have five minutes to pass from one class to the next. Promptness in arriving at each class will ensure that you hear the entire presentation. After 3rd period, please make your way over to our festive Buckingham Square for our General Parent Welcome. We will be showcasing some of our school clubs and classes and will provide you the opportunity to vote for the School Site Council. You will also get a taste of our outstanding band, chorus, cheer, and other performances. School administrators and parent representatives from PTSA will be available at that time. Estimados padres/tutores: ¡Bienvenidos al año escolar 2017-2018! Esperamos verlos y saludarlos durante el evento de “Noche de Regreso a la Escuela” (Back to School Night), el miércoles 27 de septiembre del 2017, de las 6:00 hasta las 8:10 de la noche. No será posible hablar con ustedes en detalle de sus hijos porque asistirán muchos padres y tendremos un tiempo limitado. Sin embargo, tendrán la oportunidad de apuntarse en cada clase si quieren hacer una cita con el maestro. Comenzaremos inmediatamente a las 6 de la tarde con su visita al maestro de su estudiante del Periódo 0 o 7 . Usted tendrá la oportunidad de visitar el salón de su estudiante de acuerdo a su horario de clases. Por favor complete el horario de sus hijos y tráigalo con usted. Las presentaciones en los salones durarán 10 minutos y tendrán 5 minutos para ir de una clase a la otra. El llegar a cada clase a tiempo le permitirá escuchar toda la presentación del maestro. Después del 3er. periódo, por favor acérquese a nuestro festivo patio de Buckingham para nuestra Bienvenida General para Padres. Habrá una demostración de algunos de nuestros clubes de la escuela y podrá obtener una muestra de nuestras sobresalientes ejecuciones de banda, coro y animación. Los administradores de la escuela y representantes de la Asociación de Padres de Familia (PTSA) también estarán presentes en ese momento. (Back To School Night 2017) Thứ tư, ngày 27 tháng 9

6:00 - 8:10 giờ tối Quí phụ huynh/ người bảo hộ thân mến: Chào mừng quí vị đến với năm học 2017-2018! Chúng tôi đang mong chờ được chào mừng quí vị trong Đêm Trở Lại Thăm Trường (Back to School Night) vào thứ tư, ngày 27 tháng 9 từ 6:00 đến 8:10 giờ tối. Với số phụ huynh tham dự và thời gian cho phép giới hạn, những thảo luận chi tiết về học sinh của quí vị sẽ không được chuẩn bị. Tuy vậy, các tờ giấy ký tên sẽ có sẵn trong mỗi phòng học nếu quí vị muốn đăng ký một buổi họp với giáo viên. Buổi tối của chúng tôi sẽ bắt đầu vào đúng 6 giờ với giáo viên lớp tiết 0 và/hoặc 7 của học sinh quí vị. Quí vị sẽ có cơ hội viếng thăm các lớp học của học sinh quí vị theo thời khóa biểu của cô hoặc cậu ta. Xin vui lòng dành chút thời gian để điền vào đây thời khóa biểu của con quí vị và mang theo cùng quí vị. Các buổi thuyết trình trong lớp sẽ dài 10 phút, và quí vị sẽ có 5 phút để di chuyển từ lớp này sang lớp khác. Sự mau chóng đi tới mỗi lớp sẽ đảm bảo quí vị nghe hết buổi thuyết trình. Sau tiết thứ ba, vui lòng đi tới sân chơi Buckingham Square để chúng tôi chào mừng tất cả quí vị. Chúng tôi sẽ giới thiệu vài câu lạc bộ và lớp học của chúng tôi và cung cấp cơ hội cho quí vị bầu Hội Đồng Trường.
