5. EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO PROVIDE CONTRACTOR WITH ACCURATEINFORMATION REGARDING EXISTING CONDITIONS. CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELDVERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING PROJECT. ANY CONFLICTSDISCOVERED BY THIS CONTRACTOR DURING THE PREBID PROCESS WHICH MAYAFFECT THE SCOPE OF WORK, SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE OWNER PRIOR TOBIDDING. 2.
