MAKING THE CASE FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION

• Strong NGOs – recognising their primary purpose in representing interests of physical education, challenging GOs and policy;

• Ensure strong, sustainable national networks – judgements whether pressure groups required, or mainstreaming, or both;

• Keep together, academics and activists, with those responsible for policy implementation. Build a national and international policy community, including researchers.
