Moving with the times

We are a progressive company and want to grow and develop from a strong financial base. In 2014 we welcomed our acquisition by Oaktree Capital Management, who recognised our exceptional potential for growth.

It enabled us to increase our range of sites, expand our geographic reach and widen our product offering, bringing Millgate’s unique quality to even more buyers, without compromising our core values.

More recently, we have merged with the major housebuilder Countryside Properties, which was floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2016 and continues to perform strongly.

Evolving also means keeping up to speed with the way people buy homes. We offer the Government’s Help to Buy scheme at many of our developments, as well as having our own Assisted Move, Part Exchange and Chain Break schemes.

Woolley Hall Littlewick GreenA splendid Grade II Listed country house, dating from the 1780s, was transformed by Millgate into luxury apartments, with the former stable block refurbished as mews houses. A small number of new houses were added to the grounds.

Englemere AscotTruly spectacular in scale and luxury, Englemere is composed of 17 grand apartments in a period style mansion building. It achieved Best Luxury Development in the 2017 WhatHouse? Awards.

Kingswood AscotTwenty-two acres of woodland form the backdrop to our development of luxury apartments and houses. A beautifully landscaped central green can be enjoyed by all residents.
