1.1 SITE PHOTO
FINDING:
The initial proposal was to replace new Electrostatic
coalesce Transformer Tank at Module 5. However
from the Survey, TOS found out that there was space
constraint due to existing Fire water Piping.
RESULT:
1. Insulate existing Fire water piping.
2. Not Obstruct the existing Walkway.
3. Ample space to do rigging work.
RECOMMENDATION:
To erect heavy duty scaffolding for rigging work

FINDING:
This is internal view for transformer tank.
TOS found out that transformer oil still in the
tank. No measurement for internal stud.
RESULT:
1. E&I parts will be remove on lay down area.
2. Transformer oil will be stored in barrel at safe
location area
3. Hot work required after dismantle E&I part, to
weld internal stud for support transformer & etc.
RECOMMENDATION:
To drain oil before dismantle E&I parts.

FINDING:
There was space available to locate new Transformer
tank at this location before install.
TOS need to proposed and discuss with FVSB
whether we can locate / use available space for
Habitat.
RESULT:
1. Ample space for Installation Work
2. Open Area (No Shelter). FVSB to advise whether
still require Shelter.
3. No access FPSO crane. FVSB to confirm that the
crane barge to be utilized for lifting of new
Transformer Tank
RECOMMENDATION:
To install habitat.
