Product OverviewThe Cimarron ARC is a fully scalable BMS that allows

you to only pay for what you need. Need to light and operate

a flare or a combustor? Need full control of multiple line

heaters with temperature, pressure, and level monitoring? No

problem. Upgraded firmware and necessary instrumentation

are available. Whether you’re operating a line heater, treater,

reboiler, flare, combustor, or other natural gas-fired equipment,

the ARC is flexible and provides successful and safe operation

of your equipment.

The ARC provides fully automated direct spark ignition, control of

multiple burners, temperature and pressure monitoring, Modbus

RS-485 communication, and on-board data logging. Modbus

RS-485 and 4-20mA input are standard features at no additional

cost. The ARC is exceptional in its low power consumption,

an important feature that minimizes the cost if solar power

packages are required.

Installation is simple, and the exterior keypad on the NEMA 4X

enclosure allows user-friendly control of the menus and settings.

The display is a four-line organic light emitting diode (OLED),

providing information on status and menu options. A Quick

Response Code (QR) on the front of the enclosure allows you

to access and download documentation on your smart device

whenever you need help.

The ARC was designed by Cimarron Energy, a leading

manufacturer of upstream and midstream solutions for oil and

gas operators. We understand what is required in operating your

equipment. The product is also manufactured, assembled, and

tested by Cimarron Energy at its facilities in Colorado, providing

total quality control over every unit.

BURNER MANAGEMENT

indirect heaters, treaters, reboilers, and other natural gas fired equipment commonly used in the oil and gas production segment
