SituationBurrow Farm is situated on the Devon / Somersetborder with stunning views, one mile west of thequiet village of Ashbrittle. The village of Appley is 2.5miles to the east and has a primary school, villagestore / post office and The Globe Inn, a popularpublic house.

The towns of Wellington and Tiverton are bothwithin 8 miles and provide a wide range of shopsand supermarkets, including a Waitrose atWellington, together with schools for all agesincluding Wellington School and Blundell’s PublicSchool at Tiverton. There is access to the M5 atJunction 26 near Wellington.

IntroductionBurrow Farm is a productive mixed holding in anelevated position with panoramic views towards theBlackdown Hills and Wellington Monument. The LandThe land within Lot 1 is all south facing, comprisingfive pasture and arable fields which are mostlygently sloping, becoming slightly steeper towardsthe southern boundary. There is also excellent roadfrontage with gateways along the northernboundary.

LOT 2 comprises three gently sloping, south-facingfields with excellent road frontage on the northern,southern and western boundaries.
