Bushnell Outdoors has introduced a comprehensive new lighting line that provides best-in-class light output combined with legendary optical technology from Bushnell. The new comprehensive Rubicon line includes flashlights, lanterns and headlamps. Bushnell Outdoors outfitted each Rubicon product with high-quality, energy-efficient Cree® LEDs for maximum brightness and extended battery life. 

In addition to delivering more lumens, Bushnell Outdoors offers a lower cost of ownership, with nine products in the line operating on AA batteries and D cell batteries powering the 350-lumen lantern. Despite using a less expensive battery source, a regulated circuit in each device ensure competitive run times and optimum light output throughout the battery life. Rugged and durable, the Rubicon flashlight series includes five models in a variety of sizes and light intensities. Constructed with aircraft-grade aluminum, each flashlight incorporates the exclusive Total Internal Reflective (T.I.R.) optic for greater transparency and vision. With light outputs ranging from 100 to 1,000 lumens, each flashlight offers several illumination settings, including a Red Halo light designed to enhance sight without compromising natural night vision.

Rubicon™ Headlamps & Lanterns

Available in a 150- or 250-lumen model, Rubicon headlamps are equipped with multiple illumination settings, including the Red Halo, and an optional floodlight for improved close-range visibility. At the push of a button, the unique boost mode triggers temporary light output beyond the highest setting for extended visibility. In addition, the 250-lumen headlamp features an automatic dimming system that reduces reflective glare when illuminating objects at close ranges.

 

The two Rubicon lanterns are versatile and built for adventure. Lightweight and compact, the 200-lumen lantern features folding legs that allow it to be positioned on virtually any surface or a carabiner that makes it easy to hang from a tent or tree. Built to illuminate camp, the 350-lumen lantern offers three levels of brightness, the Red Halo light and a spotlight that instantly focuses the lumens into a concentrated beam of light. With 9 products in the line, there is a Rubicon solution for every adventure. Available in june 2014, the five flashlights have suggested retail prices ranging from 39,99 € to 129,99 € while the headlamps are available for 39,99 € and 59,99 €, and the two lanterns retail for 49,99 € and 69,99 €.
