Three-Day Workshop | May 24-26, 2011 | 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Business Plan Development Maria Keller, M.B.A.
Workshop Description
Explore how to find and capture seed capital for new ventures. Attention focuses on targeting prospective
funders and developing a comprehensive executive summary for your business plan to succeed in attracting new
funding opportunities. Participants learn how to approach the executive summary in a meaningful way and how
to prepare your business plan to address potential objections from funders. Time is also devoted to ensure you
have all the pieces in place to reassure investors that you have addressed the primary issues that may come up
in a pitch for funding. As an integral part of the entrepreneurial financial management process, "bootstrapping”
techniques will demonstrate how to manage the limited resources that most entrepreneurs have available for their
venture.
