Employee benefits and pay

Promotions Benefits  External recruitment will only be used if former employees have been

fired or quit. So a Kids place won’t have unmotivated employees thinking they will never build up to a higher position within the company (Jones 2007).

Promotions will keep the best employees, it will motivate them to work above and beyond their potential. This benefits the A Kids place by not having to spend hours in human resources going through applications and interviews and orientations.

Benefits such as healthcare, life insurance, sick and vacation pay and so on are appealing to new and old employees to keep them loyal, motivated and for new employees to join, this will be part of our budget. Good benefits and pay motivates employees to acquire new job skills which effects the company in better profits and better products, and successful business models that are all beneficial to the company (Jones 2007). These all will give our day care better profits and revenues.

Business Culture

Our business culture will be a calm work environment that is playful at times.

There will be structure so the children feel secure with a daily routine of brushing teeth in the morning, eating breakfast starting the day with story time and activities then later in the day lunch will be served and then we will have outside play. We start the day out slow consistently incase there are any scare or shy children that need to take it slow. Once the children are comfortable fast play will happen.
