Buta International Company established in 2008. Today BIC has three restaurants:

Mediterranean Restaurant – Oliva, Chinese Restaurant – Jasmine, and The Bridge Café. All

of them located in the centre of business part of Baku.

Our first target is the high class service. Today our staff number is over 90 persons. We

involved the best specialists, foreign cooks. We use only fresh products.

Buta Catering – one of the recently offered services. Today we serve about 250 persons. Buta

catering – has capacity to serve 1 000 persons at the same time. Our advantages are – mobility

high class service, qualitative food. We’ll deliver your order in a shortest time.

BIC – applied for HACCP Certificate (The Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) ISO 220005.

Now BIC - it is dynamically developing company, which plans in the near future to expand a
