Management reserves the right to enforce these rules at their discretion.Registration/Check-out: All Guests and Visitors must register in the office before entering the Resort. Check-out Time is 11:00 am. If you wish to extend your stay, please check at the office before 11:00 am for space availability.Speed Limit: Resort speed limit is 8 mph. OnLy yOu can pReVent Speed BumpS.Parking/Vehicles: Parking is restricted to designated parking spaces. No parking on the street or on vacant sites. Minor maintenance is permitted, but oil changing is prohibited.Guest Conduct: Quiet Hours are from 10 pm – 7 am. Please limit noise out of respect for others. Intoxication, drug use or improper conduct will not be tolerated. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the conduct and behavior of themselves and their Visitors at all times. Please respect your neighbors by walking on the streets. Do not take shortcuts through occupied sites.children: children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.Computer Room: Computers are provided in the library for our Guests’ convenience. No children under 18 years of age are allowed in the computer room without adult supervision.Firearms/Fireworks: No firearms or fireworks shall be discharged within the Resort.Garbage/Sanitation: Garbage must be placed in a plastic bag and taken to the dumpster for disposal. Do not leave your trash outside. Water, gray water or effluent, may not be emptied on the ground. Site must be kept clean and free of clutter. Tents are not allowed on RV Sites.Fires: No open fires are allowed within the Resort, except at Resort functions. Charcoal or propane grills only. Guests may use our propane grills, located in the pool area ramada. Please check in the office for availability.Sewer Hoses: Sewer connections MUST BE
either 4-inch threaded or airtight donut type and MUST BE supported off the ground.Generators: Use of generators of any kind is prohibited.Laundry: No clotheslines allowed on sites. Pets: Pets are the responsibility of the Guest and are limited to THREE animals. •No“exotic”(largereptiles,domesticatedwild
animals, livestock, etc.) animals allowed. Pets deemed dangerous by management are not allowed.•Anypet(includingcats)notinsideyourRV/Park
Model must be on a leash.•PetsareNOTtobeleftunattended.•Pets—exceptserviceanimals—areNOTallowed
inside Resort buildings, recreational areas, or common areas.•You must clean up after your pet immediately. Failure to do so will be sufficient reason for terminating your stay without refund. •Whenwalkingyourpets,pleasedonotallow
them on sites that are not your own, even if they are vacant.•Disruptivepetswillnotbetolerated. If your pet disturbs the Guests around you, you will be asked to leave the park without refund.
Pool/Spa: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Pool andspausewillbeattheriskoftheGuestand/orVisitors. No children under 18 allowed in the spa. No rough play in the pool or spa area.No glass allowed in the pool area.Vehicle Washing: Vehicle washing is by permit only. Purchase permits in the park office. If you have an outside contractor wash your rig, you are still responsible for the permit.Equipment & Facilities: Guests are not permitted to alter, tamper with or repair any service connections or equipment attached to the service pedestal. Please contact the Management if you have a problem.
UseoftheResort’sfacilitiesandequipmentisatyourownrisk.TheOwnersorManagement are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property by fire, theft, accident, or an act of God.
We reserve the right to seek reimbursement for malicious or blatant destruction of Resort property.Disregard for any of the above rules will be sufficient reason for terminating a Guest’s stay without a refund.
