To view the static balance held:

1. Log into Butterfield Online 2. Click Accounts 3. Click Account Summary

Mutual Fund Subscription

1. Select the From Account from the drop down list to select the account from which you will pay for the subscription.2. Select the To Account that reflects your investment account from the drop down list3. Choose: a. The dollar amount and currency of your subscription. * Note: For some funds there may be a minimum dollar amount required. b. The User Reference field is not in use at the present time and not required. c. Click the confirm button.

Mutual Fund Redemption

1. Select the mutual fund in From Account drop down list to choose the mutual fund you wish to redeem.2. From the To Account drop down list, choose the bank account into which you want the proceeds of the redemption deposited.3. Choose either: a. The dollar Amount and Currency of the redemption. * Note: For some funds there may be a minimum dollar amount required. b. The User Reference field is not in use at the present time and not required. c. Click the confirm button.

The subscription/redemption will be processed based on the terms and conditions stipulated in the fund’s offering memorandum.
