GOOD TO KNOWMake sure the chosen screws/fittings are suitable for use in the wall/ceiling to which they are to be fixed. Can be fixed with suitable screws/fittings from our FIXA series.

KVARTAL

Hangs in every wayKVARTAL curtain hanging system gives you lots of possibilities for hanging both panel curtains and regular ones. Hang them on the wall in front of windows and niches, or use them as room dividers, sliding doors or around a bed. If you hang panel curtains in lay-ers you can combine colours, patterns and materials in your own personal way. All track rails can be mounted to walls, ceilings and around corners. You can also lengthen track rails, or shorten them to the desired length.

On the wallA big advantage with the wall fittings is that you can have several track rails on each fitting. You can have up to five single track rails on a wall fitting, and up to two triple tracks. You’re also totally free to combine single and triple rails. But remember that the distance between wall fittings shouldn’t be more than 140 cm.

Hit the ceilingWith the ceiling fittings you can use panel curtains as a room divider or as a sliding door to a wardrobe. Just remember that you can’t put more than one track rail on each ceiling fitting and the distance between the fittings shouldn’t be more than 140 cm.

For stability reasons, you need to use additional wall or ceiling fittings for longer track rails. As a general rule: 2 fittings for track rails up to 140 cm; 3 fittings for track rails between 140 cm and 280 cm; 4 fittings for track rails longer than 280 cm, and so on.

MEASURE YOUR WINDOW

1. The width. This determines the width of your curtain rod or track rail. Measure the width of the window. Add at least 10 cm on each side to the measure-ment a to ensure the window will be fully covered.

2. The height. This determines the length of your curtains or panel curtains. Measure from the top of the window frame and stop where you want your curtains or panel cur-tains to end. As a rule of thumb, add 10 cm to the measure-ment to give space to your curtain rod or track rail.Add a few centimetres to allow for the shrinkage of the curtains.
