SKCET joins the clarion call by GoI for a „Fit India‟ towards a

Healthier and Happier Nation!

SKCET has organized fresh ways of encouraging students and faculty to take part in

fitness activities to celebrate the Nationwide Fit India Movement as a part of „National

Sports Day‟ today. The wellness programs were flagged off by Principal Madam

Dr.J.Janet along with heads of various departments which rolled the drums for the

vibrant participation of fitness enthusiasts all around the campus today.

The Fit India Movement at SKCET practiced the following events: Drill Exercises for the

students in accordance with ' A sound body in a sound mind‟ theme, Walkers Club-

10000 steps a day, witnessing PM‟s launch of Fit India Movement online, Yoga for

faculty and Students work out at Gym.

Conceptualisation to Completion is the motto of SKCET. As like any other

MHRD/AICTE initiatives, SKCET family displayed an excellence in organizing this

Government campaign and has pledged to move forward on the path of fitness with

cheer and vigor! This will follow throughout the year to create energetic, enthusiastic

and vibrant population at SKCET.

today. The event is aimed at connecting

the industry and students and

encouraging innovations by students.

This event is expected to have visitors

around 60,000 to 70,000 students and

medium-scale enterprise (MSME)

owners.

TCS INFRAMIND FY'20 - CSE

An awareness session on TCS Inframind FY'20 - Registration was conducted by Department

of CSE for the III CSE B students to enlighten their Creative Skills.

were given awareness about the importance of getting first class degree and placement in

reputed companies. The students were also motivated to participate in various national
