Both organizations and employees within the Hotel industry must learn rapidly and uniformaly to keep pace with the fast-moving and highly competitive world inorder to gain sustainable competitive advantage in the market place.
KM has to become a management philosophy shared by both management and employees, and also other stakeholders in the Hotel industry.
