History of Russia
Russia was originally called Rus named by Slavic Tribes. During the 11th and 12th centuries, Russia was very unimportant. The Mongols invaded Russia and held it from 1237 to the late 1300’s. Ivan the III kept Russia until the early 1600’s. The Period of Turmoil ‘till 1602. Peter the Great and his descendants lasted until 1762. Tsars ruled until the early 1900’s when Russia fought in world war 1, world war 2 and then the cold war. The Bolshevik Revelation was in 1907.

Summary
Russia has the worlds largest nuclear bunker. It runs in underground tunnels protected by 6 meters of concrete walls. It was used and monitored 24/7 back in the cold war when they were under the threat of the USA nuking Russia. It had enough food and oxygen to last for 2 weeks. Its now a tourist site
Russia plans to build a high speed railway from Samara to St. Petersburg for the 2018 world cup. It is supposed to cost up to $60 Billion and run for about 30 years.
Itinerary
We will be there for 8 days Start (2 days): Moscow – visit bell
tower of Ivan the Great, Cathedral of Christ, Archangel Cathetres and the Kremlin. Museum and lunch at 4 siter restaurant
Middle(4 days): Krasyana Polyana – Ski resort
End(1 day of traveling back, then getting up early to fly): Fly from Moscow back to America
