etiquette. It is being courteous in online communications.

Never use all caps lock in messages. IT LOOKS AS IF YOU ARE YELLING OR ANGRY!

You can use “smiley” or “sad” faces in messages to show emotion.

Use exclamation points carefully. You do not want to seem threatening!!!!

Use proper spelling and grammar. Treat others as you would want to be

treated.

2. Never write down your username or password. Memorize it!

3. Avoid opening any email attachments from unknown sources.

4. Use a firewall on your computer. Keep the firewall turned “on”.

5. Use an antivirus software and keep it updated.
