Photosynthesis

What is photosynthesis? Definition: Photosynthesis is a process used by plants and other

organisms to convert light energy, normally from the sun, into chemical energy that can be used to fuel the organisms' activities.

So basically its how plants live or breathe we as humans use cellular respiration Plants use PHOTOSYNTHESIS

Cellular Respiration

What is Cellular Respiration? Definition: Cellular respiration is the process in which oxygen and glucose undergoes a complex

series of chemical reactions inside cells, releasing energy.

Purpose of cellular respiration? To release energy from food molecules to make ATP

Carbon Cycle Model

Carbon is exchanged among the biosphere, pedoshpere, geoshpere, hydrosphere, and atmosphere of the Earth. Along with the nitrogen cycle and the water cycle, the carbon cycle comprises a sequence of events that are key to making the Earth capable of sustaining life; it describes the movement of carbon as it is recycled and reused throughout the biosphere.

Law of Conservation of Energy & Mass

Law of conservation of energy states that the total energy of an isolated system cannot change—it is said to be conserved over time. Energy can be neither created nor destroyed.

Law of conservation of mass, or principle of mass conservation, states that for any system closed to all transfers of matter and energy , the mass of the system must remain constant over time, as system mass cannot change quantity if it is not added or removed.
