2. Passengers are requested to arrive at the boardin g poin t at least 15 min. before the scheduled ti me of departure.3. Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus . Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the b us.

1. A copy of the ticket . (A print ou t of the ticket or the prin t out of th e ticket e-mail.)2. Identit y proof. (Driving l icense, stud ent ID card, company ID card, passport , PAN card or vot er ID card).

4. The company is not responsibl e for any loss of goods or property of the passengers and accident.5. The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control

of the company.6. The trips are subject to cancellatio n or postpo nement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient p assengers for the trip. Under such circumstance

pass engers will be i nti mated th roug h emai l/ pho ne as soo n as pos si ble and th e ti cket amoun t wil l be refu nded . No pas seng er will be t aken on the waysid e.Baggage and Luggage will be booked at owner's risk subjected to the acceptance by SK Travels Partner.

7. The tickets boo ked throu gh SK Travels are cancelled. The refunded money i s transferred back to the pass enger's credit/ Debit card/ITZ Card.8. Video in the buses is not guaranteed.9. Management is havin g right to reschedule the seat.

10. Cancellation / Refunds:For ticket cancelled 3 hours prio r to the start time of departure 10% and before 1 hour prior to the start time of departure 50% s hall be deductedon the fare . No refund will be given to NO-SHOWpassenger who do not report at the boarding poin t on ti me.
