Overview of the Expanded Reunion The regular reunion program runs from Friday morning October 27 through Sunday noon, October 29.

Description Visit Stanford’s Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve, 10 minutes from campus, with Bill Gomez who is an active volunteer there. Description See highlights of Monterey Bay and Carmel. Meet in the morning at 9:00 at the GSB. Carpool to Carmel-By-The-Sea for a delicious lunch at Rio Grill. Visit Pt. Lobos State Park with gorgeous coastal views and explore the outstanding Monterey Aquarium. Stop off at Moss Landing for close up shore views of a large colony of sea otters. Return to Palo Alto in the late afternoon . October is an ideal time for this trip- usually warm and fog free.

Planned Event A day touring three wineries in the Valley of the Moon, Sonoma, CA (between Cities of Santa Rosa and Sonoma), and a dinner that evening at the Depot Hotel Restaurant (http://www.depotsonoma.com/ ) . The day will start at 9:00 with pastries, coffee and juice at Dave and Catherine's country home in Kenwood. We then depart for the first winery at 10:00 AM in car pools. (The wineries are all within 10 minutes of Kenwood, on or just off Highway 12.) Dinner will start at 6:00 PM.

Tasting fees of $20/person per winery. Once we refine this with the wineries, the winery tours will require an advance deposit, probably $150/couple.

Rouge wines and Dave's South African wines for dinner. Other wines will also be available at the restaurant, as well as an open bar.

Description Volunteer for two hours to help a Bay Area nonprofit solve a critical organization challenge. The first of its kind for ACT, these brainstorm sessions provide alumni with the opportunity to make an impact in an engaging, two-hour session focused on solving a specific dilemma facing a Bay Area nonprofit (organization names and issues to be posted here in August). Join a group of fellow alumni from 3-5pm on Thursday, October 26, to learn about the nonprofit and provide meaningful advice, then enjoy a reception from 5-6pm with our nonprofit client contacts and other alumni involved in concurrent brainstorm sessions. To participate you must: commit to the entire two hour brainstorm session and provide ACT with your CV at least one week prior to the session. You will receive information on the nonprofit with whom you’ll work in advance.

Another feature is the Stanford Oregon State football game on TV. We have identified about 90% of the spouses that were with their mate back when we started all this in 1965/7. Operating Information for the ERP

Rules governing registration and "seat" selection for the ERP

To be eligible for any ERP event, you:

Classmate Guest Must have received a degree from the GSB in 1967 must Must Not

Must have registered for at least one part of the regular reunion. must must Widows will be treated as their mate except for scarce seats - see rules below. N/A N/A

ERP Registration Process Instructions

Preparing to Register

First make a plan of the events you wish to attend. Use the ERP document as your reference material . Six

events have limited seating. if you pick one or more of these you may have to revise your plans after these

seats are assigned. The wine tour is on a first come first serve basis so your fate can be learned soon after

you register. The other five have a date on which 'seats' will be assigned. After that, you can modify your

plans based on your 'luck' in the lottery. That date is September 20st. You should now proceed to your

next task. You choices are:

Register yourself & a guest (optional)

Register a guest later

Change an existing registration

Cancel a registration for a guest

cancel a registration for your self

Obtain a List of who is coming to a specific event

Learn where you are on a wait list

Obtain a copy of your itinerary

Attention You can be charged for events in three ways; during registration here, by the event Coordinator

directly, and/or by buying tickets on line. Here, you will be required to enter a credit card if there are any

charges for events. You will not need a credit card if you select only no-charge-here events. Changes to the

itinerary that result in additional fees are added to your credit card net of any simultaneous cancellations.

Changes that result in a refund will be processed outside the system by Rick Stuckey after the reunion.

Processing and service fees are non refundable.

Registering yourself, and a guest (optional)

Attention We suggest you create an account on the secure site being used for registration. Your email address will be your User Name. Choose a pass word. You create an account in three steps. 1. Go to a special start page and complete your event preferences, (you can do the same for a guest.) 2. Go to the login page and "Claim your Account". 3. Open the email they send and complete the account registration. Thereafter use the login link. If you chose only no charge events, and don't think you will add, change or delete events later, skip 2 & 3.

Step 1. With your ERP plan in hand, go to the special start page. https://gsbstanford67expandedreunion.regfox.com/class-of-67-expanded-reunion-registration Follow the instructions on the site. If you select Sailing or one or more of the technology sites, be sure to answer the questions at the bottom of the page. Next click the button "Save or Add Registrant". The next window offers two choices, 1. Add a Registrant (a guest) 2. Continue to Billing. Make your choice. If you choose the "billing" option, follow the directions on the screen.

If you selected "Add a Registrant" after you registered yourself, you simply repeat the process you did for

yourself. If you select Sailing or one or more of the technology sites, be sure to answer the questions at the

bottom of the page for your guest.

Step2. Click https://gsbstanford67expandedreunion.account.webconnex.com/login Claim your acct.

Step3. Open the email they send in Step 2, complete registrations and save. You now have an account.

Register a guest later

Click the link https://gsbstanford67expandedreunion.account.webconnex.com/login Log in. Next you get

a 'Personal information' page, click the top center button 'Registrations'. On the next page click 'View

Details' on the right.

In the top section, click 'Add Registrant'. Fill out the form and hit 'Save'.

Change an existing registration

Click the link https://gsbstanford67expandedreunion.account.webconnex.com/login Log in. Next you get

a 'Personal information' page, click the top center button 'Registrations'. On the next page click 'View

Details' on the right.

The 2nd and 3rd sections allow you to change a registrant's selections. Be sure to verify that you are

changing the correct one by looking for the name of the registrant about half way down. Click the EDIT

button on the top banner. A menu of their existing events will appear. Add or delete as you want.

Cancel a registration for a guest

Select the guest you wish to cancel and click 'Edit".

On the next screen uncheck all event boxes. Then select the credit card you wish to have receive the

refund. Then click 'Save'.

"Seat" Assignment Rules

Rules to be used to select participants when the demand exceeds the supply of "seats".

Sailing the North Bay (Rick and Ed administer) capacity 5 + Ed

• Ability/sailing experience to be safe on a racing sailboat

• Indicated interest in early survey

• Lottery

Tour three wineries (the Jefferson's administer) capacity 50 max

First come first serve - This means the coordinator has received your payment.

Touring the technology sites of Silicon Valley (John and Rick administer)

The Guiding principles are:

• We will have a lottery for the passion as a whole, not by site or event.

• Every classmate that registers for one or more of these events will be in the lottery and given a

single number or position. Everyone starts equal.

• When a classmate registers for an event they must indicate if they plan to bring a guest (by name)

to the event. (They may want to bring a guest to one event and come alone to another.)

• The guest makes it a couple and they will be treated as a single unit for 'seat' assignments.

• A classmate cannot name another classmate as a guest unless that classmate has not entered the

lottery on his own.

• The assignment to an event is non transferable.

• The lottery will be an up and back form and not an up and up form. Examples:

• It will be 1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1 Not 1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5

• For each event, seating priority is:

1. The coordinator and one guest are assured a seat for their event.

2. The person who obtained the tour and one guest. e.g., a Tesla owner

3. Classmates in the lottery and their qualified guests.

The widow/widower of a classmate will be encouraged to attend. For the allocation of scarce seats they

will be treated as the classmate but not have the right to bring a guest. (unless the event does not sell out)
