intake under any circumstances,

(f) That the institutions shall not have any collaborative arrangements with any Ipdian and/orForeign Universities, for co'nduct of technical 'courses other than those approved by AICTEwithout obtaining prior app~oval-fromAICTE. . . . .

4. Tllat the tuition and other fees shall be charged as prescribed by the Competent Authority'withinthe overall criteria prescribed the Council from time to time. No capitation fee shall be chargedfnm the students/guardians of students in any form.

5. T11atthe accounts of the Institution shall be audited annu~'lIyby a certified Chartered Accountantalld shall.be open for inspection by the Councilor any ~odyor person authorized by it. .

6. T lat the Director/Principal and the teaching and other staff shall be selected according top :ocedures, qualifications andl experience prescribed by the Council from time to time and paysl:alesare paid as per the norr'!'·sprescribed by the Council for time to time. .'. 'I, , . .

7., (a) That the' institution shall fU~r)iShrequisite returns and reports as desired by AICTEin order to. ensure proper maintenance of administrative and academicstandards.' .

()) That the technical institution shall publish 'an information booklet before'commencem.entof theacademic year giving details regarding the institu~ion and courses/programmes being ,conduct;edand details of infrastructural faciliti~s including faculty etc. in the form of mandatory

, disclosure. The information booklet may be made available to the stakeholders of the technicaleducation on cost basis. The mandatory disClosure information shall be. housed in theInstitution Web-Site. The information shall be revised everY year with updated information

(c) That it shall be;"andatory for the technical institution to. maintain a web-site prOVidingtheprescribed information. The website information must be continuously updated as and whenc~anges take.place. '

d) That, a compliance report in the prescribed format along with mandatory '~disclo~ureonfulfillment of the above conditions, shall be submitted each year by the Institution within'thetime limit prescribed by the Council from time to time. .

( the iflformation, appropriate action could be initiated including withdrawal of AICTEaPPfoval.

8, That all the ~aboratorieS,.workshops. etc. shall .beeqiJipped as per the Syllabi of the' concerned.i-lffilii-ltingUniversity and shall be in operational condition befOremakin~ admissions..

9. That a library shall be established with adequate number of titles, bOOk~,jou~nals (both Indian & .Foreign) etc as per AICTE norms;. ' '..

AICTE may carry out random inspections round the year any time for verifying the. status of theInstitutions to ensure maintenance of norms and standards.

1nductinspections with or without notifying the dates to verify specific

complaints of mis-represent tion, violation of norms and standards, mal-practices etc.. . . -

That the Institution by virtue of the approval given by Council shall not automatically becomeclaimant to any grant-In-aid ~om the.Central or State Government. .

The Institute shall take appr priate measures for prevention of ragging in any form, in the light ofdirections of Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition No. © 656/1998. Incase of failure to preventthe instances of ragging by the Institutions, the COUflciishall take appropriate action includingwithdrawal of approval. '

That the Management shalll strictly follow further conditions as may be specified by the Councilfrom time to time.' . -

'.In the event of non-eompliance by the NYSS College of Engineering &.
