The Carvers have been farmers for well over 120 years starting in the 1890’s on Carver Road in Battle Creek, Michigan. We moved west 45 years ago and are now farming at 1390 CR 250 in Durango. We’ve partnered with the excellent farmers at Twin Buttes to bring you fresh produce and we are the only Durango restaurant that owns the farm!Stop by for a self-guided tour.
