IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The official language of Research Part and Main Part of the Conference is English.

The Researchers wanting to submit the abstracts for the Research part of the 11th Annual BMDA Conference “The Role of Management Empowering Innovations and Creativity” have to fill in the conference ABSTRACT FORM, which can be found by pressing here.

After receiving positive feedback from Scientific committee the full paper must be prepared using the following guidelines. Guidelines for paper submission.

After the full paper submission the Researcher gets the possibility to deliver presentation during the Research part of the conference as well as possibility to be printed (subject to peer review) in one of the five journals of the conference.

All papers must be based on original material, and must not be under consideration by any other journal or conference.

SCHOLARSHIP

The abstracts will be evaluated by Scientific Committee and the best research abstracts will give the possibility for researcher to submit full paper and deliver presentation during Research part of the conference.

If the abstract was selected for presentation, researcher gets 200 EUR scholarship for covering a part of participation fee.

Researchers can use the provided 200 EUR scholarship until 1 May 2013.

Deadline Participation fee including scholarship

Until 26 02 2013 190 EUR /290 EUR (if not BMDA member)

Until 15 04 2013 290 EUR /390 EUR (if not BMDA member)

Until 01 05 2013 390 EUR /490 EUR (if not BMDA member)

After 01 05 2013 participation fee becomes 590/690 EUR (if not BMDA member) and scholarship possibility will not be applied anymore

RESEARCH PART OF THE CONFERENCE LOGISTICS

* The 200 EUR scholarship is available until 01 05 2013. Up to 26 02 2013 participation fee would be 190/290 EUR, from this date till 15 04 2013– 290/390 EUR, from 15 04 2013 till 01 05 2013 – 390/490 EUR. After 01 05 2013 participation fee becomes 590/690 EUR and scholarship possibility will not be applied anymore.

** After the full paper submission the Researcher gets the possibility to deliver presentation during the Research part of the conference as well as possibility to be printed (subject to peer review) in one of the five journals: the “Baltic Journal of Management” (Emerald Publishing Group, UK), “Social Sciences”, “Engineering Economics”, “ Economics and Management” (Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania) or “The Journal of Baltic Studies” (USA). *** If the full paper was not submitted, researcher loses the possibility to make the presentation during the Conference as to be considered for the printing in one of the

five journals.
