Net Call Recorder, is software that enables call recording on Avaya Communication Manager. It is developed by Net İletişim and fully compatible with Avaya Communication Manager.
What is Net Call Recorder?
Net Call Recorder, enables call recording on IP, digital, analog or softphone extensions. NCR can record all or a subset of calls on extensions like only incoming calls. Also NCR can record all extensions in your organisation or just the selected ones.
Unlimited recording◦ Even if call durations are too long, that’s not a
problem, NCR has no limit on call durations or call volumes.
Advanced search◦ Call records can be found by using detailed search
fields. In addition NCR allows you to mark important calls with color labels.

System requirements for Net Call Recorder may change according to your organisation structure and daily call volume.
* For every 100 recorder extensions, 1 GB additional memory is needed for optimum performance.** Configurations recommended based on G.711 codec usage.

Software Requirements

External or internal storage devices can be used.
For backup purposes, internal or network storage devices can be used.
