At the end of the day, come back to nature, in a peaceful setting just a few kilometres away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Paris and its monuments without the car! The monuments of Paris are amongst the most visited in the world; the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Notre-Dame and the Sacré-Cœur are the most famous. Paris steps gracefully from past, to present, to future. On your way from the Ile de la Cité, Paris' oldest district, to the state-of-the-art Pompidou Centre, visit the Conciergerie and Notre-Dame. Wherever you go - in the streets, in the parks and in the squares - you'll come across, and marvel at, the famous buildings that give Paris its charm and its unique identity. Bus stop at the campsite, then 40 mins by the Transilien service from Meaux to the Gare de l'Est.

A boundless natural and historical heritage Go along the Canal de l'Ourcq on foot, by bike or by kayak. A great many fun, sporting and cultural activities are held here every year. Explore the Domaine du Grand Voyeux, a nature reserve where the focus is on ornithology. Le Pâtis natural park offers a variety of landscapes: lakes, the banks of the Marne, flower meadows, extensive reed beds and woodland areas. Places to visit near the campsite include the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte and the Château de Vincennes, not forgetting Versailles and its magnificent gardens.

A rich and varied heritageAt Saint-Nazaire, "le port de tous les voyages" (the port for all journeys), you can visit a cruise ship, a submarine, an aircraft and the famous shipyards where "Le France" was built, and more recently the highly-acclaimed "Harmony of the Seas". A few kilometres away is Nantes, where you can discover the Château of the Dukes of Brittany and the famous tower of the LU biscuit factory, and take the kids on the merry-go-round at the Machines de l'Ile where the Great Elephant walks up and down; people of all ages will make amazing discoveries here! Then there's the sea: you can take the wall walk round Guérande's ramparts, or if you prefer, stroll around the Pays Blanc (White Country), the land of salt and salt marshes.

Surrounded by marshland, rocks, beaches and dunes Very close to the campsite, you can take a little boat out onto the marshes of Brière regional natural park. Discover the seven islands and the thatched cottages that give this place its charm. Keen shellfish-gatherers should follow the Côte Sauvage to Le Croisic, via Le Pouliguen and Batz-sur-Mer. If you feel like taking it easy, chill out on the vast beaches of Pornichet, La Baule or La Turballe with sand-dunes of Pen Bron.

In Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, very close to our holiday village Le Petit Bec, you can spend quality time as a family at Atlantic Toboggan or surf France's only artificial wave at Glassy House in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. It's also an opportunity to take surfing lessons on the beautiful beaches of the Vendée.

A heritage steeped in history and tradition Visit the ancient Abbaye d'Arthous, which dates back to the 12th century. It's now the departmental museum of history and archaeology, and hosts numerous exhibitions. In Brassempouy you can see the famous Dame à la Capuche (Lady with the Hood), a woman's face carved from mammoth ivory, her head covered by braids. At the Monastère de Sordes, explore the Abbaye Saint-Jean, a listed historical monument included in UNESCO's World Heritage. And don't forget to go along to the region's great ferias and bull games of Les Landes, where visitors are always welcome!

Nature in all its states One of the greatest charms of Les Landes is its famous forest. Go for a walk or a bike ride, breathe in the scent of the pines and continue across the "airiaux", clearings where you'll see groups of houses built in the typical style of Les Landes. The Orx Marshes, a protected wetland, is home to a great diversity of birdlife. They can be seen in the zoo at Labenne, where the kids will be thrilled by the tigers, zebras and giraffes. On the seashore, the most energetic can pit themselves against the powerful coastal waves, while those of a more moderate disposition spend time relaxing in the spas.

Les LandesThe gateway to the Basque Country

Follow the Aquitaine coastline In the south of the department, visit Hossegor, famous for its surf spots, then head south and discover Capbreton, a well-known seaside resort and marina. Carry on towards Labenne-Océan and make a detour to Bayonne, in the north of the Basque Country, to sample its famous ham and delicious chocolate! Further south is Biarritz, beloved for its mild climate and its powerful waves, and finally Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the gateway to Spain, only half an hour by car.

A family excursion to Aquatic Landes In July and August, come and spend quality time as a family at the largest aquatic park on the south coast of Aquitaine, a stone's throw from Le Boudigau campsite. Things to do here include lots of water games and thrills. The park has more than 700 metres of slides, from the little water chute for the kiddies up to the famous Space Bowl and Boomerang for the more daring! The 475 sq.m. wave pool is popular with everyone.

A land of history and heritage With its religious monuments, museums and gardens, this region has amazing riches to offer. Take the Cathar Castles route and set out to discover examples of exceptional architecture. Not far from La Pergola campsite, you can visit the Forteresse de Salses, a listed historic monument at the foot of the Corbières mountains. The Abbaye Saint-Martin stands in the heart of the Canigou massif, and the Château Royal de Collioure rises up majestically at the edge of the sea. You can visit the city of Perpignan and its Palace of the Kings of Majorca, or alternatively the little remote villages on the mountainside, such as Villefranche-de-Conflent.

Nature all around Gorges, lakes, massifs, vines... Feast your eyes on a remarkable natural panorama. The Pic du Canigou, symbol of Catalan unity, dominates these landscapes. From Argelès-sur-Mer to Port-Vendres you can follow the coastal path which takes you through Collioure. With the sea on one side and the mountains on the other, walk around the Site des Orgues, at the foot of the "Cheminées de Fées" (Fairy Chimneys) carved out by the water millions of years ago. Turning to the sea, the Cerbère-Banyuls Nature reserve is France's only marine nature reserve. Banyuls is also the name given to one of the prestigious wines produced in this region. Head for Sigean African reserve Take the kids to meet the 3,800 animals that live in this 300-hectare wildlife park. Begin the tour in your vehicle and watch the ostriches, tigers, lions etc., then continue on foot and get closer to the monkeys, giraffes and elephants, a delightful experience for people of all ages! Guided minibus tours are also available. The reserve is located between Narbonne and Perpignan, just 45 minutes by car from La Pergola campsite.

Sky, sun and sea Facing the Mediterranean, le Roussillon offers a great choice of activities on the water. At Leucate you could go jet-skiing or try out its kitesurfing spots and experience all the joys of board sports! Water-skiing, wakeboarding and funboarding are also on the menu. At Saint-Cyprien you can also have fun in the water at Aqualand, a theme park with a varied range of attractions for all the family: water chutes, lazy rivers, water roller coasters... Everybody into the water!

The following General Sales Conditions set out the terms and conditions of your booking with CAMP’ATLANTIQUE for the following sites: Le Petit Rocher****, Bel Air****, Le Petit Bec, Les Peupliers****, Signol****, Le Boudigau****, La Pergola***, L’Ève**** and Le Village Parisien****.

1 - BOOKING CONDITIONS: Your booking is guaranteed once we have received your deposit together with all information requested to make your booking and following approval by our reservations service.

• For pitch bookings: Reservations must be accompanied by a 10€/£80 deposit. The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

• For accommodation bookings: Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the stay. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Balance payments may be made at any time from your personal customer area on our website.

• Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival (for accommodation or pitches): full payment is required at the time of booking by credit or debit card.

• If full payment has not been received 30 days before arrival, the campsite reserves the right to cancel your booking. Any deposits already paid will be retained and no refund of payment will be due.

• Payment methods: Payments may be made via credit card or debit card, money order or bank transfer (simply ask the booking service for the campsite’s bank details).

• If you book your holiday under the terms of one of our promotional offers, full payment for your stay will be required by credit or debit card at the time of booking.

• No-fee instalment payments: You may pay for your stay in several instalments with no additional fees as long as you provide an initial deposit upon reservation. Contact us on +33 (0)2 51 20 41 94 for further details.

• Accommodation may be occupied by the intended party only. Additional or alternative party members, subletting or assignment to third parties is not permitted.

• Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Special requests: CAMP’ATLANTIQUE cannot guarantee to meet any special request made at the time of booking. Pitch numbers will only be advised on arrival.

• Plans and photographs featured in our brochures and on our websites are non-binding.

2 - INFORMATION AND PRICES: • Breakage and cleaning deposits: A breakage deposit

of 210€ and a cleaning deposit of 90€ will be taken by credit card on arrival. This is a pre-authorisation and no debit is made. Our team will inspect your accommo-dation before and after your stay. A detailed inventory will be provided upon arrival and must be returned to Reception within 24 hours. For departure procedures, please carefully read and follow the instructions posted in your accommodation. Our team will check your accommodation on departure and if left as it was on your arrival, your credit card will not be charged.

• Additional persons: For insurance and safety reasons, the total number of people occupying our accommoda-tion cannot exceed the maximum occupancy stated in our brochures and on our website. A baby counts as one person. If the number of persons exceeds the stated maximum occupancy, the management reserves the right to deny you access to the campsite.

• Tourist tax: Is a tax imposed by local councils in France. The amount varies according to the council and the way each campsite is categorised. It is collected by us on behalf of the council and is payable together with the balance payment for your stay. Rates 2017:

- Le Petit Bec: 0.41€/day/pers from 18 years old (1/4-30/9)

- Le Petit Rocher****: 0.61€/day/pers from 18 years old (01/04-30/09)

- L’Ève****: 0.55€/day/pers from 18 years old (01/04-24/09)

- Bel Air****: 0.55€/day/pers from 18 years old (01/06-15/09)

• Any change to the number of persons which may affect tourist tax charges must be advised upon arrival. If the person renting the accommodation provides incorrect information, this contract may be legally terminated with no refund of any payments made.

• Pets: One pet per pitch/accommodation is permitted for a charge of 5€/night or 35€/week. This must be advised at the time of booking. Vaccination records/Pet Passport must be presented on arrival. Category 1 or 2 dogs (attack and guard dogs as defined by the French authorities) are not accepted. Animals are prohibited in the VIP range of accommodation.

• Extra charges: The prices quoted at the time of booking do not include services that are payable on site such as laundry, bike hire, wellness faci¬lities, etc.

• Calculation of special offers: Where two special offers can be combined, the second is calculated based on the already reduced price.

3 - YOUR STAY: • Bracelets will be provided and must be worn to access

the swimming-pool. Swimming shorts are not permitted.

• For reasons of safety and comfort, visitors who are not party members of booked accommodation are not allowed to enter pool areas.

• Electric and charcoal barbecues are not permitted. Charcoal barbecues are permitted at Le Bel Air campsite.

• All our rental accommodation is strictly non-smoking.

• Duration of stay and time of arrival/departure (pitches): Bookings are made on a nightly basis. Pitches are available from 2 p.m.in the weekend and 3 p.m. on the week days and must be vacated by midday on the day of departure.

• Durations of stay and time of arrival/departure (accommodation): Bookings are made on a nightly basis (subject to a 2 night minimum stay).Accom¬modation is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

• Late or delayed arrival: You must advise the campsite of any delay to your arrival in order for your booking to be held. The campsite manage¬ment reserves the right to release and re-book the reserved pitch or accommo-dation if no contact has been made within 24 hours of your expected arrival. Any payments already made will not be refunded in these circumstances.

• Third party liability insurance is compulsory. You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance to include this cover.

• Image rights: In making your booking, you expressly authorise the site and CAMP’ATLANTIQUE to use photographs of you and your party taken during your stay on any media to promote the site and the CAMP’AT-LANTIQUE group, without payment. We would like to thank all our guests who parti¬cipated in photo shoots at our sites during the 2016 season. The reuse of photographs owned by CAMP’ATLANTIQUE for private use is prohibited.

4 - CANCELLATION:• CAMP’ATLANTIQUE will not provide refunds of

monies paid under any circumstances. In particular we would draw your attention to the following:

- Deposits paid are non-refundable

- No refunds will be made once you have paid the balance of your holiday

- There will be no reduction in price or refund due if you choose to reduce the length of your holiday once started.

- There will be no reduction in price or refund due in the event of late arrival or early departure.

It is a condition of booking that you take out comprehensive travel insurance for your party. This should cover medical costs/repatriation and also cover reimbursement of charges for your booked stay in qualifying circumstances (e.g.redundancy, serious illness of injury to the insured or close relatives etc).
