CAMPAIGN OFFICER — EU PROJECTS DEPARTMENT, AĠENZIJA SAPPORT (JobsPlus Permit No: 15/2018—Issue No. 2) *Nomenclatures denong the male gender include also the female gender. Aġenzija Sapport invites applicaons for the posion of Campaign Officer, in the EU Projects Department within Aġenzija Sapport. This posion may be part financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund. Duraon of assignment and Condions The selected candidate will enter into a thirty (30) months assignment or up ll the terminaon of the project whichever comes earlier, as a Campaign Officer, at Aġenzija Sapport. Since this posion is me barred and linked to the compleon of specific tasks, the posion of Campaign Officer falls under Regulaon 7(4) of Subsidiary Legislaon 452.81 entled "Contracts of Service for a Fixed Term Regulaons". The salary aached to this posion is €21,141 (for the year 2018). Dues The Campaign Officer will be responsible for handling the markeng and communicaons dimension of the INK Project, which is an EU funded project aimed at maximising the abilies of persons with disability, supporng their chances of inclusion in the labour market and strengthening their social engagement. To achieve such aim, the project will follow a three-year roadmap consisng of the following deliverables: training and support, skills and site audits, cerficaon and recognion, research and innovave measures, as well as transnaonal cooperaon. Six independent-living training centres will serve as facilies from which training will be provided, and an INK employment placement scheme shall be established to integrate some beneficiaries into mainstream employment. The dues of the Campaign Officer shall include: The formulaon of an INK communicaons campaign and its execuon, including media intervenons when necessary (in Maltese and English); Creaon of the markeng collateral in the Maltese and English language; Handling the markeng dimension in all project acvies and liaising with printers/sign writers for the producon of markeng collateral; Ensuring EU funding publicity rules are adhered to all mes by all the stakeholders in the project; Carrying out any other dues as directed by the Project Leader. He/she will form part of a mul-disciplinary team, and will lead the markeng and communicaons aspect of the project aimed at informing the general public about the said project and giving visibility to the different INK strands. www.sapport.gov.mt

Eligibility requirements By the closing time and date of this call for applications, applicants must: Be in possession of a recognised Bachelor’s qualification at MQF Level 6 (subject to a minimum of 180 ECTS/ECVET

credits, or equivalent, with regard to programmes commencing as from October 2003) in the following areas Marketing or Communications or a related discipline;

Have three years related and relevant work experience; Have a valid driving licence Moreover, preference will be given to applicants who: Are knowledgeable and experienced in the running of EU projects; Have a good command of spoken and written Maltese and English; Are familiar with Public Procurement Regulations. Prospective applicants should note the requirement to produce MQRIC recognition statements in respect of their qualifications from MQRIC, or other designated authorities, as applicable, as per provisions applicable to this call for applications. Submission of supporting documentation Qualifications and experience claimed must be supported by certificates and/or testimonials, copies of which should be attached to the application. Scanned copies sent electronically are acceptable. Original certificates and/or testimonials are to be invariably produced for verification at the interview. Selection procedure Eligible applicants will be assessed by a Selection Board to determine their suitability for the position.
