The Zeta Interactive “Campaign Operations Management” initiative (COM) encompasses all
aspects of our next generation administrative toolset for the oversight and execution of campaigns within
the Zeta Marketing Cloud.
ProjectName
• Campaign Operations Management (COM) is an ongoing set of projects designed to refine our campaign creation, management, tracking, reuse, governance, and compliance capabilities.
• As our Marketing Cloud expands over time, the ability to support both technical and non-technical end users with appropriate tools, processes and rich data is paramount.
• This initiative supports internal and external campaign creators, executors, etc. in their daily work.
ProjectImportance
• As the Marketing Cloud is our number one internal asset, the initiatives that push the product and tools forward are singularly important within the organization.
• Zeta has a wealth of internal assets ranging from people, to process, to platform and a strategic partner will become integrated into all throughout tactical execution.
• A strategic partner who gets to work with Zeta on these projects will gain knowledge and expertise in areas as diverse as asset management, public/private APIs, content coding, workflow management, media databases, and asset analytics.

• Zeta works with in an Agile environment with large feature releases each quarter
• Key milestones are TBD based on individual requirements
• Campaign Operations Management is an internally approved initiative with ongoing resources allocated
• Expertise in tracking platforms, service design, multidimensional databases, advanced analytics, and governance/compliance frameworks is desired.
• Projects within this initiative are budgeted in $25K increments
• The ideal partner brings strategic thinking to ensure that tactical projects mesh within the initiative, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently on the projects they own.
