RECRUITMENTQUALIFICATIONS

• Looking for 5-8 Ambassadors per campus

• Must be a current full time college student

• Must be studying relevant majors of the following:

• Marketing• Communications• Fashion/Merchandising • Public Relations• Event Planning

• Should be familiar with the HOMAGE brand

• A part-time employee familiar with HOMAGE could oversee the ambassadors’ day to day activities

LEADERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS

• A part-time employee familiar with HOMAGE could oversee the ambassadors’ day to day activities

• A self-elected member of the ambassadors preferably with more experience could serve as the “Campus Captain”, and be the go-to person for approval on campus activities, who would communicate with the supervisor

• A second ambassador could serve as the liason to the school, and create a line of communication between the Office of Stident Life and HOMAGE

GREEK LIFE INVOLVEMENT

SORORITY/FRATERNITY AMBASSADOR

• Each sorority/ fraternity will be given the option (up to 5 sorority and fraternity members) to elect one HOMAGE ambassador to be represented as an HOMAGE ambassador leader in the OSU community

• Their goal is to promote HOMAGE amongst greek life

• Possibly incorporate HOMAGE to donate a portion of proceeds to benefit sororities philanthropies if the ambassador sells/ refers a certain amount of items or surpasses their goal(aiming high on this one- it’s an idea)

• Could potentially team up with other fraternity ambassadors and promote HOMAGE during the football season and throughout the rest of the year

• There will be incentives and competitions for which Sorority or Fraternity can promote or have the most unique way of promoting the brand

AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES

POINTS SYSTEM

• The Campus Captain can inform the ambasadors of upcoming sales and other opportunities, but it’s up to each individual to promote the brand in their on way• See social media team for guidelines on

acceptable posts• Maybe 1-3 times per week, but

maximize all platforms and don’t be a nuisance

• A contest setup would typically be set up in collaboration with the marketing team, (for example, Grassroots Campaign)

• Each rep will be responsible for accumulating AT LEAST 36 points over the course of the semester

• Goals will be set as a benchmark

AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES

POINTS SYSTEM

• Each Campus Ambassador will be evaluated based on a point system that will also earn them more benefits.• 1 Event/Booth setup = 5 points

• 1 maximum• 1 Successful referrals = 1 point

• 10 maximum• 1 Contest Setup = 2 points

• 2 maximum • Social Media Post = 1 point

• 17 maximum

• 36 points in total, meaning approx. 9 points per month

• Checkpoints along the way• Meetings with the “Campus

Captain” bi-weekly (beginning and middle of week)

• Points cap is specifically limited (can be adjusted another time)

REFERRALSONLINE & SPECIAL EVENTS

• Online referrals• Each campus rep will have a certain

link/code to use for referrals.• If the campus rep refers 5 people that

have shopped/purchased something online, they will receive free apparel (free T-Shirt)

• Creativity Referrals• Encouraging campus reps to come

up with creative and cool ways to promote the HOMAGE brand. For instance grass roots scavenger hunts and other miscellaneous competions

• These competitions can include ones between other Ohio campuses and Campus Abassador teams

• Each idea reviewed by rep supervisors and will then be rewarded with a 20% off coupon.

• Benefits• Leader of “Team HOMAGE”• Skills/experiences to put on a resume• Campus Rep gift package• Flexible scheduling• Free gear

• We can set up a checkpoint system to apply specific stipends or bonuses for the ambassadors that reach/surpass their goals**

• A good way to reward the ambassador is to reward them based on their monthly checkpoints• If they reach their goal, they could receive

a $200 stipend

• HOMAGE “Plus Card”• (more to come)

• Possible future internship with HOMAGE

• Great way to get more involved with the school

AMBASSADOR SWAG GEAR

PROMOTION ITEMS

• Campus representatives will receive a package with items to hand out to friends, family, and individuals around campus.

• Each ambassador will have their own set of gear to hand out, including:• Stack of HOMAGE stickers• Bag of HOMAGE buttons• Bundle of $5 coupons• Pens• 10 Koozies• Notepads• Information about our brand history

and core values

ACCOUNTABILITYPROGRAM GOALS

• Each ambassador will be required to reach their own goals they set by themselves• Reps will start by structuring their own

promotions calendar• Campus Rep responsibilities and

requirements made by HOMAGE• AT LEAST:

• Host 1 event• Generate at least 10 referrals• Post on social media minimum 3 times

a week• Create student survey that gives

insight as to what is happening on campus & how they can continue to improve their outreach methods**

• Each ambassador will be required to meet monthly with the other ambassadors to collaborate on ways to improve and reach their individual goals

• The ambassador will also be held to their own calendar of objectives and goals, agreed upon with the company at the beginning of the program

SOCIAL MEDIACOMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

• Social media posts can be made on, but not limited to:• Instagram• Facebook• Twitter

• Posts can be tracked using a hashtag.Hashtags: #TeamHOMAGE

#PayHOMAGE ...

• Contests that the campus reps implement can be creatively promoted through social media.

• The most creative social media idea created by a campus ambassador = additional points added to their plus card.

• There will be an initial meeting between the social media team and the ambassadors in order to establish the guidelines of an acceptable post. The first few posts of each ambassador will be monitered.
