COATING.

16. EXISTING ROOF DRAINS; INSPECT AND PRESSURE TEST. REPAIR AS

NECESSARY. REPLACE MISSING OR DAMAGED DRAIN BASKETS.

ALL PREVIOUSLY COATED SURFACES. APPLY NEW SEAMLESS COATING

TO ALL PREVIOUSLY COATED SURFACES.

20. PROVIDE NEW TRAFFIC SURFACE FROM MECHANICAL UNIT

MAINTENANCE ACCESS POINT TO ROOF ACCESS. TYPICAL FOR ALL
