Single Cable DriveSesitec’s innovative single cable drive makes our Full Size Cable even better. We’ve abandoned the cardan shaft and a differential compensation by driving only the bottom running cable. The simpler drive and a reduction in moving parts means easier and less fre-quent maintenance, and greater reliability. Moreover, this solution is absolutely future-proof. The smaller, high efficient electric motor has the same power but needs less electricity which makes it more eco-friendly, flexible and cost effective. Keeping with our environ-mental stewardship we use only eco-friendly oil for our motors.

COS+ SoftwareOur new COS+ software is designed for safety and easy handling. Potential for operator negligence is drastically reduced with our new automatic operating system. This allows the operator to concentrate on giving riders the best riding experience without making mistakes. The integrated ticketing system encompasses customer registration, the creation and activation of tickets, and start dock validation.

Control PanelThe system runs on an industry-standard outdoor touch panel from Siemens that withstands any temperature, atmospheric influences and humidity. The dazzle-free daylight readable display with auto-matic and manual dimming eliminates nasty reflections and makes first-class operation with pin-sharp visualization possible. The cus-tom housing with intelligent and durable design features stainless steel buttons in an operator-friendly configuration. All interfacaces were designed to be modern, clean and user-friendly – to make work even more fun.

Running CableSesitec’s Full Size Cable runs with a high-quality cable that is constructed of synthetic fibers encased in steel. Thanks to the internally greased synthetic fibers outside greasing is a thing of the past which makes maintenance cleaner and easier. Due to its special non-stretch construction the cable has a longer lifespan and requires less maintenance than other running cables.

Sensor TechnologyOur advanced sensor technology ensures a reliable interaction between all components such as the catch fork, the elevator and the magazine. The automation reduces the number of manual operations required by the operator allowing him or her to focus on what is important – the customer’s experience.

A step into the future CAPTAIN POSSell, manage, report, growThe new COS+ software has a built-in interface to Sesitec’s Captain POS all-in-one software solution for wake parks. Captain POS allows you to manage your customers, sell items, coordinate your rentals and download extensive reports.

INSTALL & TRAININGOur installers are well-trained and have set up many Full Size Cables all around the world. During and after the installation they will share their wakeboard and cable park knowledge, and train you in operating and maintaining your Full Size Cable. We are there for you from start to finish.

CUSTOMER SUPPORTWe see our customers as partners who share our standard of high quality excellence and our passion for wakeboarding. With our well-trained and experienced international team we provide personal and immediate service via telephone, e-mail or on-site. No matter how complex or complicated your problem may seem, we will find a solution.

SPARE PART ONLINE SHOPSesitec operates several warehouses worldwide and an extensive online shop where our customers can purchase all their spare parts directly. We dispatch orders within 24 hours on working days, and offer express shipping on demand.

Control CabinetsWe designed new control cabinets that allow for easy operating and high reliability. Together with our experienced partner, Frey Ingenieure, we simplified the construction using less components, while providing the ability to remotely access in case of occurring problems, for analytics and always up-to-date software. The com-ponents mainly come from Siemens – such as SPS technology – and offer the industry standard high-quality and worldwide short-term maintenance service. The control cabinets are lightning-proof and almost fail-proof, resulting in noticeably fewer downtimes and thus higher capacity.
