Note: If required, the next page can be cut out and used as reference throughout the assembly. Keep this page with these instructions for future reference.

• Check you have all the components and tools listed on the following pages.

• Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups.

• Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed.

• Make sure you have enough space to lay out the parts before starting.

• During assembly, do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage.

• Assemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible.

• Assemble on a soft level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor.

• Parts of the assembly will be easier with 2 people.

• We do not recommend the use of power drivers for inserting screws, as this could damage

the unit. Only use hand screw drivers.

• Only clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent, do no use bleach or abrasive cleaners.

• From time to time check that there are no loose screws on this unit.

• This product should not be discarded with household waste. Take to your local authority waste disposal centre.

Care and maintenance

Skin contact: Remove contamination by washing with soap and water. This procedure should also be followed prior to eating and drinking.

Eye contact: Rinse immediately with clean water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice.

If swallowed: Seek medical advice immediately.

Step 2

Insert dowels 20203 into outer holes on the ends of side panels F .

Place cams 31687 into the holes on top of side panels F with the ar-rows facing the edges of the side panels.

The cam bolts must be screwed down flush with the surface.

Place drawer runners

1.

Extend drawer runner 41404 and make sure to note which way it runs.

2.

Place drawer runner 41404 so that they face the fronts of side panels F . Next, screw in flat head screw 26020 into hole no. 4 as illustrated.

3.

Adjust drawer runner 41404 as illustrated and screw in flat head screw 26020 into hole no. 25.

4.

Likewise, extend drawer runner 41404 and find hole no. 15 as illustrated. Then, use an awl before screwing in flat head screw 25233 .

5.

Lastly, use an awl and screw in flat head screw 25233 in hole no. 27 as illustrated.

Repeat these 5 steps for the remaining runners.

Attach back panel

Slide the back panel 09585 smoothly down into the grooves in the side and bottom panel F + I .

Attach bottom panel

Place cam bolts from the bottom panel I into the holes in the ends of side panels F .

Make sure that the finished edges are facing towards the front and that the unfinished sides are facing towards the bottom of the cabinet.

When pushed together, tighten the cams as illustrated.

Attach the top panel

Attach the top panel L by inserting dowel pins and cam bolts into the holes.

When pushed together, tighten the cams as illustrated.

Assemble profilesInsert wedges 33204 into the slots on the angle ends of side and front profiles 76426 + 76433 + 76425 .

Please use a hammer for this step.

Attach profileAttach the assembled profile as shown.

Place bottom panel I as illustrated, and then insert flat head screw 26033 .


Fittings you will need for this step:Add glue to profile

Insert dowels 20203 into holes on the assem-bled profile. Use glue 22601 as illustrated.

Add one small drop of glue per hole.

Attach the base rail

Flip the cabinet so that it stands on its bottom panel I .

Place base rail 76435 behind the assembled profile (push forward as shown with the arrow). Then, insert and tighten screw 25447 in the base rail.

Attach assembled profile

Add glue 22601 in holes of the top panel L .

Add one small drop of glue per hole.

Place the assembled profile as illustrated and press down with the dowels going into the holes.

Important:The unit MUST be square when the panel clips are attached.

Lay the cabinet face down on the floor. To stabilize the back panel, use panel clips 10401.

Press forward the thin tabs between the back panel and the groove, and then tighten with a screwdriver.

Place the floor gliders 63008 in the holes of bottom panel I . Use a wooden block between the hammer and the floor gliders.

Assemble drawers

Attach cam 31687 into the holes in left and right drawer side 00750 + 00749 with the arrows facing the edges of the panels. Afterwards, insert dowels 20203 in the holes of the ends of the drawer panels as illustrated.

Screw cam bolt 31513 in the drawer front EB .

The cam bolts must be screwed down flush with the surface.

Assemble drawer

Align the holes of the back of the drawer sides 00749 + 00750 with the holes in the drawer back 03302 .

Make sure the grooves are facing the inner side of the drawer.

Tap drawer fasteners 20228 into place with a hammer.

Assemble drawer

Press the drawer bottom 06079 smoothly into the grooves with the finished side is turning up.

Attach drawer front

Attach the drawer front EB by placing dowels and cam bolts in the correct holes. See the detail drawing.

Once pushed together, tighten the cams as illustrated.

Attach handles

Attach the handle 81040 to the drawer front EB Use machine screw 26232 to attach the handle.

Pull out the drawer runners

Pull out all the drawer runners before continuing to the next assembly step.

Assembly is completed.

Fittings you will need for this step:Machine screw#26214 x6

Mount the drawers

Place the drawers between 2 drawer runners each.

See illustration for reference.

Make sure that the drawer runners are pushed into the grooves of the drawer, touching the drawer front.

Fix the drawer runners with machine screw 26214 from the inside of the drawer in both sides.

Repeat this procedure for each of the remaining drawers.
