The CAP18WHF Wall Mounted HEPA fil ered Pass Thru Air Lock Cleanroom Entry System is for the effici t transfer of parts and equipment in and out of a cleanroom while maintaining control of par-ticulates in the cleanroom environment . The CAP18WHF HEPA fil er Pass Thru exceeds the U.S. Depart-ment of Energy High Energy Particle Arrestance (HEPA) standard byremoving at least 99.99 percent of airborne particles 0.3 micrometers (µm) in diameter. An internal motorized HEPA fil er unit inside the CAP18WHF cabinet recirculates air through perforations in the cabinet’s inner sides.

Like all CAP18 Wall Mounted Pass Thrus, the CAP18WHF has a double wall stainless steel cabinet within a heavy duty welded stainless steel shell. The interior sides are smooth, durable and easy to clean. Doors are attached with stainless steel flush-mou ted continuous hinges, and feature a generous sized, tempered safety glass window for maximum visibility and easy cleaning. Doors are secured with a stainless steel heavy duty over center compression latch that tightly seals against silicone bulb door gaskets, reducing the possibility of air leaks. Mechanical door interlocks with 90 degree T-handle turn latches are optionally available to prevent both doors from being opened at the same time, maintain-ing the air pressure of the cleanroom.

The superior engineering of the CAP18WHF design provides a rigid structure that can be mounted flush against xisting walls, or center mounted with optional stainless steel mounting frames. This com-bination of high quality construction, innovative design and HEPA air fil ering makes the CAP18WHF Pass Thru the preferred solution for maintaining the highest levels of air particle control in cleanrooms.
