That renegotiation is like a no-win situation. On one hand, the government has the obligation to the welfare of its citizen according to the mandate of Article 33 UUD 1945, but on the other hand the government is afraid of the economic impact that will be resulted. The fear of the government cannot be separated from capitalism which now controls Indonesia's mining sector.
