We offer a comprehensive development, design andconstruction service to our customers to deliver quality care homes. We also source and secure land and manage the planning process.

We’ve built over 180 care homes together with 3000 extra care apartments, delivering over 9000 care beds for our customers. We’re specialists in development and construction for social care.

We build long-term partnerships, and many of our customershave been with us for more than 10 years.

Customers include leading private care operators, not for profit organisations and housing associations including Barchester Healthcare, Care UK, MHA, Anchor Trust, Saxon Weald, Richmond Villages, Housing Solutions and many others.

The Castleoak team also has extensive experience of reprovisioning programmes to deliver both care homes and extra care accommodation, including nine projects for Oxfordshire Care Partnership and ten projects for Suffolk County Council with Care UK, for example.

Our award-winning developments are built to a highenvironmental standard, and a choice of constructionmethods are available to customers.

A 55 bed residential care home development.

Backed by the CarePlaces Fund, a joint venture between Castleoak and sustainable growth investor, Bridges Ventures. The fund invests in care home projects developed, designed and built exclusively by Castleoak, which have been pre-let to care operators.
