CARE PROTOCOL
o Our Reception Team is properly trained to welcome you in our hotel and guide you.
o We have a designated Staff member, whom you may contact in case you have any enquiry about our Health & Safety processes or in the unlike event should you require medical assistance.
o Appropriate oor signage to indicate where you should stand while you are waiting at the Reception Desk will be available..
o Your room key Cards will be sanitized and placed in a protective case.
Your arrival
CARE PROTOCOL
o The Hotel's Club carts will be disinfected after each ride.
o Our Guests are encouraged to avoid using cash and instead prefer our contactless POS instead.
o Check-in time will be at 15:00 and check-out time at 11:00, in order to secure proper room cleaning and disinfection.
o A fast Check-out option is available for our Guests, upon request.
Your stay
CARE PROTOCOL
o Our Guests are encouraged to avoid using the lift and taking the stairs instead. If it is not feasible, we suggest that only 2 Guests ride the lift at a time.
o There are sanitation stations throughout the Hotel's public areas and Food & Beverage outlets.
o Non-essential items such as decorative pillows, stationery, magazines, blankets etc, will be removed from your room for your own safety.
o The Hotel's capacity will be monitored constantly, in order to be kept in safe levels.
o Maintenance in rooms will be carried out only upon request and only when Guests are not present in the room.
Cleanliness and Disinfection
CARE PROTOCOL
o All our rooms will be properly cleaned and disinfected.
o We are following a strict cleaning & sanitization program, using certified cleaning and disinfecting products by renowned chemical suppliers.
o Daily room cleaning will be only provided only upon request.
o Our Guests are kindly encouraged to use only their room's WC and not public WC.
o Public areas, lifts and public WC units will be frequently cleaned and sanitized.
o Air-condition units will be disinfected upon every new arrival.
Food and Beverage Outlets CARE PROTOCOL
o All our Food & Beverage Outlets operate under ISO 22000:2005 system.
o All our Food & Beverage Personnel is properly trained o n the new Covid-19 Health & Safety requirements.
o Guests should sanitize their hands before entering a Food & Beverage Outlet.
o Hand sanitation stations are located in all Food & Beverage Outlets.
o All Restaurants' buffet areas will be re-organized and managed solely by our Personnel, according to best practices and the new Covid-19 protection guidelines.
o Reservations in advance are required, for our Themed A la carte Restaurants, in order to ensure safe spacing for our Guests.
o Digital menus for all Food & Beverage Outlets are available through our Exclusivi app, in order to
minimize physical contact.
o The Greek government's guidelines for the layout of tables & chairs of Restaurants & Bars will be followed.
o Proper disinfection of all usual touch surfaces will take place after the use of each table.
Food and Beverage Outlets CARE PROTOCOL
o Our Entertainment partner, Remarc, has prepared a whole new program for Daily activities and Evening entertainment, including outdoor wellness & fitness sessions during the day and various live music entertainment shows for the evening.
o According to the Greek government's regulations, the use of any indoor Children Club is currently not allowed. Instead, we will be operating a variety of outdoor activities.
o Individual sports or sports for families, such as: Tennis, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, are allowed, upon prior reservation, made at the Entertainment Kiosk.
o Gym capacity will be frequently monitored, in order to secure social distancing rules are met. A deep disinfection will take place every evening. A sanitation station is available in the gym for the use of our Guests.
Entertainment CARE PROTOCOL
o The sun loungers will be arranged at a distance of at least 2 meters, around the pools and on the beach.
o Sun loungers at the Pools and the beach will be sanitized every evening.
o We are following the current Greek government's regulation for 1 person per 5 m2 meters of pool water area.
o We encourage all our Guests to always use a pool towel while using a sun lounger and use the shower before entering the pool.
o The levels of chlorine and pH will be closed monitored on daily basis, in order to safeguard the pool's water quality.
Relaxation at Pool and Beach

o All our Personnel have attended a proper Covid-19 training session and have been provided with a training certification.
o All our Personnel have been examined by an occupational doctor and their body temperature will be monitored on daily basis.
o All our Personnel have been trained on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment and are instructed to use them at all times.
