1 Speed up creation of JDs

•As well as current (bulk) creation mode additionally (individual) create and edit

2 Quick Cycle Option

• As well as comprehensive Cycle Wizard additionally a Quick Cycle Option

• To create Quick Cycle enter Cycle Title (eg Cycle 1) & Start and Finish Dates

• Under Assessments can still assess and set Work Activity & Knowledge & Skill training and development Objectives and related Actions

3 Improved Help System

• Current system help is generic & thus quite limited

• Have introduced some limited context sensitive help functionality and taken the opportunity to significantly improve the help system

4 New Cycle Evidence

• New evidence field

• Applies to Work Activities and Knowledge & Skills

5 Carry Forward Cycle Assessments

• Work Activity and Knowledge and Skill Assessments and new evidence fields will be carried forward

• At each cycle they can be updated.

6 Journal Visibility

• Manage Cycle workflow and display improved

• Can view Actions, see if any Journals present and easily add items

7 Supervisor e-mail remainder• Option for local admin to switch on email remainder option

• Near end of cycle remainder sent to Supervisor

8 Pivot Table Exports

• Suitable Reports exported as Excel Pivot tables

• Allows users to easily view summarised as well as detailed data & manipulate
