Presentation Requirements

• Submit copy to the Moderator one week in advance.• Use Microsoft PowerPoint (preferable), Keynote, or

Adobe Acrobat.• Submit final presentation to the designated

technology specialist no later than 9 am the morning of Town Meeting.

• Attend a rehearsal the day of Town Meeting. • Be ready to speak without your slides, in case the

technology fails.
